I specialise in treating specialty-sports injuries, chronic lower back pain, pelvic floor health by combining hands-on manual therapy with evidence-based exercise prescription.My treatment philosophy center on treating the whole person, not just the symptom. Over the past 10 years, I have helped hundreds of clients—from sports injury, weekend warriors, desk workers, post-op patients regain their strength and long-term mobility. I hold a Degree -Bachelor of physiotherapy and Master Physiotherapy from Choudhury Charan Singh University Meerut and am certified in Specialise sports injury management and mobilizations Technique Certification-dry needling, Pilates, spinal manipulation,NDT technique ,tapping ,manual therapy etc.
